my tool bar is missing - help please.

What can I do to reinstate my tool bar (edit, save, copy option on top of my page) Please help. Thanks

Microsoft Word? On Mac?

Hit alt and it will reappear. You can also right click in the tool bar area at the top of IE and select "Menu Bar."

20. Make sure you put the toolbar on lock . . . part of my toolbar disappears regularly !!!

even tho locked in, supposedly --

I don't know how to get the address line back when it goes so I just go to

"control panel" and then to "System Restore" . . . and reset your computer

for a few days back. That usually does it for me. Otherwise you can spend

an hour trying to figure out how to fix it all -- !!!

10. It used to drive me nuts when the toolbar disappeared, I put a

big sign on my tower for awhile: "Lose Toolbar? Ctrl F-11" until I got it drilled into my head.

if it is the toolbar at the top of your browser, then point your curser at the top of yur screen on the right side where you normally see an - a box and an x. Click on the box in the middle. then go to view at the top left side and click lock toolbar.

13. If you go to view> toolbars>lock the toolbar

it should keep your toolbar from disappearing again.

14. you could try the system restore option . . .

it brings your system back to where it was at some point in the past . . . look for it in your program files under Accessories>System Tools . . .
