Ho... Lee... Crap !!! - FDIC's Failed Banks List
Anybody remember when this was just ONE page long??? (At least for banks closed after the year 2000.)

1. When I saw your subject line, I wondered how Wen Ho Lee was involved in bank failures...!
I see now that you were going for the long version of HOLY!!

New England gets off light--one in NH, one in CT. GA and CA seem ... busy, as do a few other states.

?????? I might be off a bit, but not much if at all.

The FDIC is cleaning house? And Greenspan and Bernanke let this filth collect while they were in charge.

10. The fed (greenspan & Bernanke) have nothing to do with FDIC
The FDIC is run by Sheila Bair.

From what I hear she runs a tight ship and Obama will likely retain her as both a member of FDIC board and the chairman.

Farms doing better than typical home loans though - those who went big for housing in the 2003-2007 vintage got creamed
