Jon Stewart on faux news coverage of the Journalists (North Korea)
Edited on Thu Aug-06-09 05:42 AM by brettdale
Normally when he rips on faux he does with a laugh and always seems to be amazed on how bias they can be.

Was it just me, or did Stewart seemed actually pissed off and disgusted tonight at their actions?

2. Deserved Smack Down...
Actually Stewart could have taken shots at the other cables...Faux was the worst, but the others were just as bad. The corporate media still can't deal with Bill Clinton...they hate when he succeedes. They try to frame it as some kind of ego game between the Clintons and President Obama or Bill trying to "hog" the spotlight (despite the fact we saw little of him during this episode).

We've seen how "well" isolating North Korea has done for the past 65 years (almost as good as the Cuban embargo). What we saw here was the respect Bill Clinton built up around the world during his tenure. It was cited that his note to Kim Il Jong following the death of his father in 1994 opened the door for this "rescue". You sure couldn't see georgie boooosh do that.

4. The corporate media takes instructions from the corporations
and RW hacks.
What's amazing is that for all their money and efforts, they have been unable to destroy Clinton.

3. I'm just glad they didn't send Poppy Bush to North Korea
He would have promised to sell them weapons if they would have kept the hostages captive until the next GOP president takes over.
