Also, the cost of helping the poor is extremely high because it isnt preventative and it is via emergency rooms. Another source for efficiency.

George Rodrigue is the artist, a New Orleans icon of sorts, who's been painting Blue Dog for many years. In a recent article in the Times Picayune he says Blue Dog is bipartisan, willing to reach a paw across the aisle. Of course, right wing or left, the money is green.
