1. Good Idea ....
But seeing how much they lie and obstruct people who are ethical, it would probably have very little meaning to them. If they kill people by neglect and avoiding paying the benefits they are obliged by contract to pay, they would have no compunction about betraying an oath.

Insurance companies OFTEN make medical decisions FOR you.

And as they're acting as medical professionals, they should be made to take professional responsibility for their actions.

was a practicing physician (a cardiologist, I think) so I would guess he took the oath at some point in his life.

He lied.

When you think of it, it really is disgusting that McGuire took up a place in med school and because he was there someone who wanted to be a real doctor didn't get into med school.
