I'm guessing Chucky Toadd will not be on Countdown anytime soon
Olbermann had Jeremy Scahill the guy who wrote the Blackwater book, on tonight.

Scahill was the guy who totally pwned Chucky when the two of them appeared on the Bill Maher program a week or so ago. And once again, on Countdown, Scahill trashed the liberal media for being such wussies on the question of torture. Chucky was probably crapping his pants watching Keith treating Scahill with respect.

Looks like the rift between the Keith/Rachel/Schultz/Shuster faction at NBC has made a further break with the Brokejaw/Gergory/Williams/Toadd wing.

Should make for a good showdown in the coming months.

1. Scahill is so impressive,
and he doesn't mince words. I like him a whole lot, and watching him take Todd apart was a work of art. He was first-rate with KO tonight.

I'd love to see those old white guys left behind - NBC, that is, and for MSNBC to take off without any fear.

The broadcasters are as spineless as our Democratic representatives, but, worse, they're not journalists - they're stenographers........

2. Good analysis; Tweety must be confused
His heart and head reside with two separate factions.

3. My thoughts exactly? Referee? Nah.
I think Tweet's just not very bright and his political outlook depends on his medication at the time of taping. The guy seems to be a flaming liberal one day and a raving wingnut the next. Maybe bi-polar? He definitely relies too much on his stream of consciousness ramblings without thinking through what the listener is hearing.
