Call the waaaahmbulance! Joe Klein calls Glenn Greenwald a "bully," and "dishonorable"
Edited on Mon Aug-31-09 11:11 PM by Becky72
Let me keep it short. Klein exchanged emails on August 28th and 29th with another reader in a website I know little about: "journolist.com." In this exchange, Klein told the reader that moderates shouldn't be challenged by progressive Democrats, and that Glenn Greenwald doesn't care about the National Security of the United States (arguably because Greenwald advocates investigating torture).

Greenwald got a hold of these emails and made them public, as you can see above.

It's not clear to me whether the communication posted in that website, shared among journalists, editors, etc., constitutes "private" or "public" content. The thing is that Klein has now posted a piece in Time's Swampland blog attacking Greenwald as a "dishonorable" bully, among other things:

1. Mr Anonymous likes his anonymity
He can write a roman a clef using background the Clintons would rather not have made public, but someone quotes from his emails and LOOK OUT, dishonor ahoy!

Fuck that weenie.

2. Glenn must be doing something right
He's getting an awful lot of people upset. He's exposing who the bullies are, the torture supporters, the protectors of the war criminals. Good for him, he is an excellent blogger. One of the very few I even bother to read.

Poor Joe, all he had to do was stand up for what is right. Why is it so hard? I find these apologits for war crimes to be almost as despicable as the criminals themselves because without them, those pschopaths could not have gotten away with their crimes.
