When it comes to the BS of "death panels" how many people know..... |
|
about things like "small estate affidavits" and that powers of attorney cease upon death?
The intricacies of these two things and the lies of the Rethuglicans and insurance really piss me off when it comes to death and dying.
For the last few months I have been dealing with the estate of a loved one and had no idea that a person's power of attorney for both health and property immediately end upon death.
Nor did I know a lot about "small estate affidavits."
I do now.
How many others out there are lacking in knowledge about these things?

all insurance companies have something equivalent to a claims adjuster.
If you don't like the term 'death panels', call them something else.
but that won't change what they do.

how these miserable Rethuglicans have turned a much needed discussion into a fabricated fantasy of "death panels" to scare people and that often times, family members have no clue about what process goes on when someone passes away and being able to confer with someone who does have knowledge about the entire process would be a good thing.
Sorry for the confusion.
