I am not happy w/ our president for a myriad of reasons. Foremost is helping the trail get cold on Bush admin. war criminals, and not rejecting many of their criminal policies.

That said, to help with perspective, I would really like to see a list of positives.
You know, solid stuff, like good progressive appointments, policy changes etc.
I know some have been lost in all the chaos.
I am sincere, anyone who knows me, knows I am not at all a happy camper.
However, I really want to know about some good stuff too.

here is a starter:

Obama fights US Republicans and blue dog Dems on nuclear treaty and concessions with Russia
Tania Solanki
Jul. 27, 2009

The US Lawmakers, especially the Republicans are critical about the concessions, particularly on missile defense, that the United States might make to conclude a new nuclear arms reduction treaty with Russia. Obama wants peace and mutual respect between Russia and US. The neo con Bush surrogates wants war and confrontation. They still did not learn their har earned lesson from Iraq adventure.

In a sharp contrast to what Obama Administration is pushing for, the Senate went on record endorsing a missile defense system being considered for Eastern Europe that Russia detests, and warning against any arms treaty with Russia that puts limits on that system.

3. Have to remember how much Obama has had on his plate since day one...
The Economy tanking threw his administration off stride...He was being slammed and he (did not cause it, the tanking economy)...things were moving entirely to fast, Who was to blame? Republicans, thats who. There were some mistakes made and instead of helping him, which is Congress's job they began their little scare games...Republicans in Congress critical about everything...Obama's big mistake I believe is his wanting to work with Republicans. However I see signs little though they may be that, his eyes are opening. WE HAVE TO TELL HIM...Our country is more important than a bipartisan bill....Republicans need to help, which they won't, or get the hell out of the way.

5. Well, he's a nice guy who wants everyone to like him, hence, bipartisanship.
Oh, and he is a mastermind who is playing chess while everyone else is playing checkers.
So, don't worry, be happy, Obama has all under control.
