http://mediamatters.orgDo a Search for POLITICO http://mediamatters.org/search/index?qstring=Politico&x=0&y=0Search for the authors of the story: MIKE ALLEN http://mediamatters.org/search/index?qstring=Mike+Allen&x=0&y=0JIM VANDEHEI http://mediamatters.org/search/index?qstring=Jim+Vandehei&x=0&y=0 You will find many times when these guys have misrepresented Democrats and Reality. Many times politico just transmits whatever bs the Republican Party wants out there, and they often portray Democrats in the worst light. They are not to be trusted.

4. The whole "unnamed aide" and "unnamed top officials" thing just seems so transparently bogus |
|
Knowing POLITICO's history and funding source (Right Wingers) it seems very very fishy.

It isn't any better than Drudge or NewsMax, yet a sizable cadre of folks here tend to read it and source it religiously and regularly.

12. Sadly, we here in Washington, D.C. are given the Politico for free... |
|
...and everyone here acts as if it's the "publication of record" when it comes to behind-the-scenes look at politics. I hope everyone knows who Ben Stein is! :puke:
