Maybe it never was. I was just thinking, the more we look into the state of our health industry, why would anyone need to resort to tinkering with a small plane to dispense with an opponent? Everyone has a doctor screw-up story to tell. So, what could be more seemingly random, than being taken out by medical malpractice? And it doesn't have to be so obvious. A bad vaccine batch, for instance, would not be blamed on the doctor, and we're going in the direction of immunity for pharmecuticals.

Christ, just thinking about how much doctors get away with you just got to wonder what a doctor with a politically connected registered agent is capable of.

It isn't so farfetched. Just think about what the CIA is about to deal with in the coming weeks. I'm sure that if they're capable of a host of dirty tricks, this one couldn't have escaped them. What's the worst that can happen? The doctor gets sued for millions. Small price to pay if you want someone out of the way.
