I want the Daily Show break to be over
Every time Jon & Stephen take a break all hell breaks loose, everyone goes crazy, and I have no one to make me laugh at the absurdity of it all.

3. Just think of how much more piss and vinegar they'll have on tap
after they've had a decent rest.

I would hate to see them get as tired and stale as the extreme right has.

The world is always crazy. It'll still be there when they get back.

4. Every time they take a break something awful/newsworthy happens
Last week we lost Teddy, and it's Thursday and I'm holding my breath that nothing bad happens between now and tomorrow.

And they're off all next week too.

7. Me, too
I need my dose of sanity.

I did start watching Keith instead of the local news/programming, so that's some help. He does occasionally do a very funny bit about the ignert a-holes we call Republicans today.
