There are tons of decent people, active progressives and people who are respectable here but lately I've been feeling like there is a huge amount of people who are perfectly happy pretending climate change doesn't exist, happy with our current health care, angry, ignorant and by and large on a different moral plane than I am. I don't know though. Cultures do change though. The US 100 years ago is not the US of today with regards to issues of race, religion or gender.
