I'm not coming back here until after the president's speech to Congress next week

I have officially lost my patience with the people here who are so gullible as to believe all of the media stories about the health care bill that rely almost exclusively upon Inside the Beltway chatter, rumors, leaks from anonymous sources and selective out of context quotations. They--and you know who you are--see one thing that they don't like about what some pissant journalist thinks "might" happen, and immediately explode into outrage and loud shrieks of "betrayal". Forgive me if I am not up for the drama.

I am going to actually wait for the president's speech, and listen to what he says and what he proposes before making any judgments about what to think and how to proceed from here.

I'd rather not be here for the next week while all of the speculation and journeys to Hypothetical Land are going on.
