He says your attempt to force Beck to prove his innocence of something, just to get him to know what it feels like to have to prove your innocence of something when there is no evidence of your ever having done it but people are spreading rumors about it just for the hell of it, means you are stooping to his level, and it is not justified for you to do it just because he does it.
