Ed Schultz NAILS Hypocrite Anti-Healthcare Senators
I tried to post this video in the "Political Videos" section, but apparently it will only accept videos from YouTube. This is from today's "The Ed Show" (9/3/09). Apparently, the Senators who hate the idea of Government-run healthcare most are also the ones having life-saving medical procedures done at the Government-run Bethesda Naval Hospital. Hypocrisy, thy name is Republican. Here's the link.

1. There was a time not too long ago when any mention of Ed Schulta
was greeted with sneers and sarcasm here on DU.

I liked Ed before it was cool and I like him even more now. He's one of the most passionate voices you'll find for true health care reform.

Obama needs to hear people like Schultz and Rachel Madddow to counteract the bullshit he's hearing from Rahm Emanuel and his gang of corporate ass kissers in the White House.

2. Ditto - I Like Ed's Focus On Healthcare
Many folks are scared off because it is not sexy enough, but he has been on it from the start.

4. Saw that show yesterday and it was one of the better examples
of hypocrisy. Someone on the Senate floor needs to ask those three anti-health care reform chest beaters why they didn't use the care provided by their insurance co. It never occurred to me that Bethesda was govt. run - sheesh, of course it is, "Naval Hospital". As I recall, many govt. officials go there for care, especially if it's serious....
