Social consciousness is based on empathy, we all have our feet on the same land, the same planet. If you are operating on a premise that there is not enough______to go around, you do not want to share anything. Ironically, this hunger can only be filled by unconditional love and a feeling of belonging, safety and cooperation--the very thing that is being resisted.
