10 years from now the RW will be crowing that the US has the best public medicine in the world
They will be taking responsibility for a successful national health care system, claiming that they saved the system from the Democrats, who had a plan to bankrupt the country. They will have unending pride that we have the best public healthcare system in world, thanks to them.

I guarantee that's how it will be. Every jackass who is terrified of this now will love it and claim it in 10 years. Mark my words.

1. You're assuming that we'll actually have a national health care system.
I don't think that's a safe assumption at all.

3. Not so long as it's public.
They don't like public housing, public schools, public transportation, public radio, anything public.

One of their saints, St. Margaret of Kasteven, said it best. "And, you know, there is no such thing as society."

It's an article of faith with them that everything private is better than anything public. To make the claim in the OP would require them to deny this fundamental tenet -- they'd chew their own leg off first.

4. No. Hopefully, there will be NO repukes left in ten years after they all opt-out of
the public healthcare plan and go with their care-denying private corps.

Now, that is a good result that I really can hope for.
