I've read quite a few "letters" from school board or school system heads.

They are just flat out MANUFACTURING reasons not to show Obama's speech. They clearly FEAR the deafeningly loud, but small, MINORITY of our fellow citizens who are right wing hate spewers.

Each letter's author is at **least** two of the words in my thread title.

It occurs to me that these fucks would not be where they are today had not the HARD right wing fringe encouraged their foot soldiers to run for these little appreciated local offices - like school board - many years ago.

We gotta lotta catchin' up to do .........

1. Sadly, school boards have always been like that.

Ranting moms want books removed from the library, the administrators always cave. This is the same. The ranters call them up, school boards (which are elected) don't want controversy, so they fold like cheap lawn chairs. No wonder so many school systems suck.
