Obama's big speech is on 9/9/9, will the world turn upside down that date?

Would the symbolism of turning 9/9/9 upside down to 666 be meaningful to us in a way too, even though I'm sure the rapture dominionists on the other side will fit their own interpretation around that symbolism.

If Obama "surrenders" that day and mistakenly takes his party base for granted one time too many, will that be the day when movement towards a new party gets started?
