I have tried every phrase on Snopes but I guess I'm not doing it right.
For starters, Please understand I would not ask this of anybody, I usually debunk on my own. This is breaking my heart.
A Canadian ndn Friend of mine on facebook is sending this out and I don't believe it, it is breaking my heart. I will not believe this of our President. Anyway, look at this.
