2. Knock on wood.

The President doesn't exactly have control over such a thing as a terrorist event happening. With U.S. military presence in so many foreign countries, its bound to piss some people off. Perhaps enough to where they feel the need to strike yet again. Until ALL of our forces are home safely inside U.S. borders, I wouldn't be too quick to call "Victory" over the real threat of terror striking us again.

Until 9/13, I can't help but not want to gloat about that sort of thing. Even after 9/13. I just kind of feel it's a bit... jinxy.
