Susie can't come to school today, she's got...um...swine flu.
Channel 2 news in Chicago ran a story about some morans who are suggesting parents call their children's school and say they have swine flu symptoms in order to avoid the Obama "indoctrination" next week.

1) This is ignorant, racist behavior.
2) This will screw up tracking numbers that are reported to CDC (which may mis-allocate resources).
and I'm sure they're not thought this through to the conclusion that...
3) This will prevent their child from returning to school for several days unless they have clearance from a physician.

1. And Susie will probably go to school for a little while longer, infecting others
if her mom doesn't have sick leave and therefore, cannot stay home with Susie.

and/or

if Susie does not have health insurance or is not in a government program to provide health care, she will not go to the doctor as quickly or easily because her parents will have to wait until they know it's serious or thanks to medical bills risk homelessness, bankruptcy and/or hunger for their other kids as a result of Susie visiting the Emergency Room.

and all this makes us a stonger nation how?

3. The point is that republiclowns are planning on having their kids skip school by...

2. The CDC is a Socialist Program. Morans should be the exemption.
Except in cases where the rest of us are at risk of actual legitimate infection.

5. Rightwingers Will Use Any Tactic.
Nothing is beneath them. They are so f*cking used to 8 years of uncontrolled power and now they can't take it that a fundie moron is no longer their President.

10. How many kids will forge notes opting out of the Obama Speech to cut class?
When I first heard about that I thought to myself that it was the perfect opportunity for some crafty little kid to forge a note or permission slip about Obama's speech. I myself would pepper it with buzz words and phrases such as "socialist agenda" " Glenn Beck said.." The beauty ofit you could use language on a fourth grade reading level and it would still seem authentic
