Last night I posted a scatological thread which, IM (perverse)O, was funny, but utterly and completely tasteless. So I want to say to those whom I offended that I am very sorry, it's my fault, and I'll try never to let it happen again. Quite honestly, I had completely forgotten that there are DU rules which applied to this type of post and was utterly remiss in doing so. I offer no excuses, only apologies.

and I would say to you that civility and decency, even on a "message board" :sarcasm:, is what's lacking in this country. We have 'teabaggers' shouting down other citizens, with no respect for THEIR rights to be heard as well. But you know that, I'm sure.

i totally respect you apologizing, despite what my previous post may indicate. I still say it is just a message board, and nothing to get too worked up over, but I won't judge.
