I've been a victim of discrimination all my life too.
Because I freely admit that I'm a "SINNER."

"Don't hang out with Hubert, he was born on Friday the 13th!"

Edit...This thread was in response to something I saw on MSNBC this morning. The Holy Rollers are going to claim that they are being mistreated by everyone, kind of like the young ladies that Imus attacked. How many times have you heard church people attack people who "sin?" I've been told since I was a kid that I was Hellbound for this or that.

morning was pushing the "poor little down trodden churchie" song and dance. Like folks shouldn't pick on anything, or anyone, religious and call them things like, "Jesus Freaks". Well as long as I can remember the church goers I've been exposed to, have condemned anyone else, who don't see eye to eye with their particular ideas of how one should live one's life. It's okay for them to cast their stones and to judge everyone else, but they don't want to receive any criticism in return that might hurt their privileged little holier than thou feelings.

I went to a church when I was a kid, where the congregation and the elders thought and taught, that all the other churches besides their little group, or their denomination, were all dead wrong, and so were probably not going to make the cut on judgment day. What I saw was that church goers even judge and condemn each other. I got to thinking, at an early age, that I'd be just as well off on my own.

I think that if people would spend more time looking after their own lives, instead of trying to run other people's lives, they'd be way ahead.

7. in my experience
Church people ( of the pentecostal ilk) are the most judgmental and sexually repessed people on earth.
