That's your choice if you take your kid from school that day. If that is the way you want it, you might want to take a few more things with you, and please don't come back.

-Take ignorance with you. The rest of the kids at school won't miss it.

-Take the current Pledge of Allegiance with you. We will replace it with the original one, the one that respects the separation of church and state that is clearly stated in the Bill of Rights. This will bring back respect for other cultures, religious practices and the dignity of those who do not profess a religion.

-Take the guns with you, please. You might like showing off your guns at health care rallies but they sure don't belong in school. And your kids don't need to bring them either.

-Take intolerence with you and your bigotry. Take your nooses, your anti-Islam, your anti-LGBT, your English-only and your cheap arrogance out of my public school.

Pay for education in schools suited for the likes of you. Don't you want complete "laissez fair" capitalism, you might want to start by paying for your kids education on a for-profit, unregulated environment. What? You can't pay for school? Like you would say: "That's not my problem. Get another job". Oh... let us know how that goes.

Perhaps, your kid might want to listen to the President with his friends. Don't worrie about him/her, take them with you. He/She will come back around someday and we will be here with our open arms.
