In a global market the NYSE and NASDAQ really shouldn't shut down for American
holidays. Or honestly for any holidays. I mean give employees the same number of days for holidays off just don't completely shut down.

3. Financial firms have calendars on their internal web sites with all country's holiday schedules
So that their staff know which offices and exchanges are open around the world.

It would be a good idea if all calendars were combined so that everyone took everyone else's holidays off.

7. If people worked about 170 days per year, instead of about 250
