We are asked to not divulge what happens in there, just because of confidentiality. Plus, then everyone would want a chance at the Mod Hot Tub and Palatial Liquor Cabinet(tm).
On the whole, issues like the one you're referencing don't happen that often, and are typically quickly contained.
IMHO, YMMV.

EVERY SINGLE TIME that I've alerted, the post was deleted and probably 95% of the time the jackass was subsequently TSed. :thumbsup:
