Poll question: The correctness police
On this day of celebrating the American Labor force, I wonder, are we forgetting reality?

1. Can you define
your use of Correctness Police in the OP? Under certain definitions, even our Mods are such an entity, and rightly so. It's a bit of a tough poll to answer otherwise.

3. Correct is good.
I enjoy correct. It's . . . well, it's correct.

Misinformation is not good.

I'd have to side with correct.

4. the thing about it is. the people that say soemthing that offends, and someone speaks out about it
Edited on Mon Sep-07-09 10:36 PM by seabeyond
then the person yells pc, or correctness police.

if you want the right to say it
then a person has the right to say.... bad/wrong

but to then say, pc has to stop is telling them to shut up

the reason people are responding to the post is an overabundance of obese threads and ridicule, shame and disdain of the overweight. and though post about fast food in there, there was also a sense fo judgment.

hence my post.

but people dont get to yell out an unpc comment or word and then get pissed if someone says something back.

freedom of speech works both ways

6. The PC far left? I hate them. Everything is "racist or "sexist" to them.
They pretty much are the extreme left equivalent of the Town Hall screamers.
