(props to Burt Bacharach, damn, that was 44 years ago)

7. It was outside the spirit of your thread. Sorry.
It is an interesting concept. Population reduction could save the planet.

19. Cant entirely remove greed without eliminating capitalism
Since that wont happen at least an understanding that a recognized measure of attained wealth is more than sufficient for people to live the rest of their lives.

It wouldnt take much, just a commitment by the world to cease paying the top capitalists a thousand years worth of minimum wage pay in a single year.

14. Global embracement of nonviolence.
For starters, at least. Maybe a bit of universal enlightenment, realizing that everyone else is just as important as you are. Guess that would be an abandonment of ego or the self.

Yeah, that sounds nice.

Can we fix this thing or what?

33. I've learned, at least somewhat, not to desire things.
It simply seems a method to experience more disappointment.

That said, I'd love to see a world that no longer uses MONEY.

It's my belief that Money is a unit of warfare. Get too many small warfare units too close together (such as in one bank account), and watch out. Money is Darwinism abstracted, it is the hunter versus the hunted, both at the same time.

In short, money mostly breeds unhappiness and misery.
