Reality: We need an idealist Bourgeoisie...
We need wealthy, powerful figures to represent our cause.

Our political and economic system is structured with certain barriers to entry. The largest barrier is wealth. If you are not at least moderately wealthy, you will not make it.

I hear a lot of people ripping Michael Moore for being a "hypocrite". Did you say the same thing about Ted Kennedy? How about Obama?

All of our politicians, media figures, and economists are fairly wealthy. If they weren't, they wouldn't be powerful.

Unless we plan on some sort of violent workers revolution, we must play "their" game.

1. That's why we mustn't play "their" game.

2. Good luck with that.
We don't need a violent workers' revolution. We just need a workers revolution where the working class military breaks ranks and stands beside its class interest. Once we strike the violence will come from the other side, the counter-revolution, and then we will have to self-defend. But really, it isn't more violent than 40,000 people dying a year from lack of health care, a thousand or two military deaths and suicides a year, hundreds of thousands of dead Iraqis/Afghanis/Pakistanis, kids starving here there and everywhere, LGBTs murdered by rightwing thugs and so on and so on.

We are, if nothing, in the grip of a perpetual violent counter-revolution. In fact, its gone on so long that most people don't even remember that there ever was a fighting left in this county. But some remember. :)

My hope is not with the bourgeoisie.

3. As a class, workers need to reclaim
basic food and shelter production.

That means giving up the supermarket, and the bank financed home.

4. We have plenty of them, they are ignored, or mocked as "liberal elitists"
Look at all the RW nuts that froth at the mouth over Soros.
