Why is this flying under the radar? Why is this not on everyone's lips? Why are you guys ignoring this?

If this happens we are so completely fucked.

That this is not on the Front Page of Huffington Post makes me ill. I though Arianna gave a shit, looks like her political team thinks that Obama talking to children is more important.

This is VERY bad news.

3. ??? I thought that this was already status quo...
Corporations purchasing OUR politicians that is. Not being snarky, I despise the notion that the U.S.A. has the best government money can buy but I thought those purchases were s.o.p.. Does this mean that if the SCOTUS says it's OK, even foreign corporations like Halliburton will have their blessing to purchase our government out from under us?

1936? Perhaps it will be time for another shot if this is wrongly decided?:

SHOULD NOT THE 14th AMENDMENT TO THE

CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES

BE AMENDED?

An Address to the Gary, Indiana, Bar Association

November 20th, 1936 by Edward T. Lee, Dean of The John Marshall Law School Chicago

****

Joint Resolution presented to the U. S. House and Senate by Edward T. Lee:

"ARTICLE _______________________"

"SECTION 1. The provisions of section 1 of the fourteenth amendment to the Constitution of the United States shall be held to apply only to natural persons and not to corporate or other artificial persons created by law…."
