When the President won the last election, he won the right to speak to America.. |
|
Democrats and Republicans alike. Young and old. If you disagree with him, you have the right of free speech to speak up. You can write your local newspaper. You can go on talk radio. You can take out an ad on a billboard. There are many ways for you to disagree with the President.
However, you do not have the right to silence the President. He won the right to speak to America. He has not said, "Either you are with us or you are against us". You can disagree with the President whenever you like. But you do not have the right to intimidate or to stop our President from speaking to our country or to our young people in schools.

But NO ONE has the right or authority (power) to force people (young people in schools) to listen to him.

3. Does that mean when the military recruiters come in to schools... |

The students have a right to walk out? The principal does not have the authority to make them stay?
I agree that no one should be forced to listen to anyone.

it has, and should be, the case that kids listen to the prez. It is often the only real connect they have with government.
