2. By that time of that speech I think he was already in

the grasp af Alzeimers. His handlers didn't have him out much those latter years in uncontrolled environments.

From what I have read many of those inflicted with the disiese revert back to earlier years in their lives, for Reagan it was racist America.

I don't begrudge the man for his Alzeimers at the end of his term.

I begrudge him for not taking the lead in the world against aids and the beginning of the dumbing down of schools.
