The Illiterati, the Irrationals and the Speechers
The Illiterati - A not so secret group of illiterates who create large signs displaying how far they are out of touch with society and the english language.

The Irrationals - Those who irrationally fear that the government will ration health care and deny medical treatment, even though a rational person can see that rationing is happening with health insurance companies.

The Speechers - Those that think that President Obama has the power to turn their kids into 'Libral" zombies.

3. So - a bit of math - do the illiterate, irrationals, speechers, birthers and deathers total
the 30% that seemed to support Bush* no matter what, remained convinced that Iraq "did" 911, etc - and is Montana or Texas big enough to hold them all (with apologies to DU members and families who live there and will surely want to relocate)??? And only if we can build a really, really big wall to keep them there?

4. One can wear many hats
One can be an Illiterati, Birther, Deather, Speecher, etc. all at once. In fact it is almost guaranteed that if a person is one of those, they are probably also another.

To answer your question, I think the total is not more than 23%.
