ND audit: $35K party, $15M bonuses at Blue Cross
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) -- Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota used premium payments to fund $15 million in employee bonuses, cover $35,000 for a retirement party and pay for other questionable expenses, according to a state audit released Tuesday.

Insurer plans many shakeups, including comp policy
Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota’s chief executive and board chairman have called a news conference to discuss a report by insurance examiners of bonuses and other spending.
