Politico: Graham one of D.C.'s top party animals
U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham is one of Washington, D.C.'s top party animals, according to Politico.com, a newspaper based in the nation's capitol.

Graham, according to Politico, makes the list because he is outgoing, attends a variety of Washington functions and is quick with one-liners and Southern charm.

I guess there are a lot of birthday bashes looking for a clown.

He's not a "party animal" unless it's a Gund. In addition, that's not charm. He's unctuous. I keep expecting him to try to sell a coffin or something.
