Question: Who get(s) to decide what stays in the compromise bill between the houses..

Assuming that the senate version doesn't have a public plan and a house version does ... who are the players involved in creating the common bill to be voted on in both houses?

1. Reps and senators chosen by the Speaker and Majority Leader, respectively.
The committee may contain people who weren't on the three House committees or two Senate committees involved in drafting the bills, but won't consist exclusively of them, I would bet.
