Wow, Orly Tainz's law degree comes from a school not accredited by the ABA
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orly_Taitz#Personal_life_and_history

Taitz was born to a Jewish family in Chişinău, Moldavian SSR,<4> (present day Moldova) and immigrated to Israel in 1981.<1> During her residence in Israel, Taitz completed a dentistry degree at Hebrew University.<1> In 1987 she met her husband Yosef when he visited Israel. After he proposed, she immigrated to the United States where they married in Las Vegas.<4> She later received her law degree from Taft Law School in Santa Ana, California, which "specializes in 'distance learning law programs to qualified students around the world'",<8> and subsequently passed the California bar exam.<9>

The Taft Law School is a distance education, online-based school of law. It is located in California.

The school is not accredited by the American Bar Association.<1>

I don't know about you, but if I was going to try to remove the president based on some obscure notion that the president was not born in the USA, I'd think I'd want a lawyer that had a bit more in the skills department than an unaccreditted law school

6. No, seriously.
I thought Orly Taitz was a man. I have read nothing about this. The name conjures up an image of a 55 year old Southern Baptist minister from Texas for me.

7. I think we have enough on the woman personally to not have to attack her choice of school
I agree that it is not the best choice to receive any kind of education for certification from a non-accredited school, but Taft is not a horrible school and it is recognized by the California Bar. So basically Taitz cannot sit for the Bar anywhere that does not accept California's License to practice Law. She can sit for the Bar anywhere in the US after a number of years practicing in California though, and I think a number of states allow non-accredited graduates to sit for the Bar.

That she comes off as a crazy female version of Glenn Beck is more than enough to dismiss her. Eventually she will run out of steam and will be just another embarrassing chapter for the conservatives. I would be embarrassed if she was an alumni from a school I went to. She is a fucking nutcase.

8. "and subsequently passed the California bar exam" - somebody must have taught her something.
