1. I really agree that barack rocked...

but I'm a little disappointed that more people on here are not on board.
He really spelled it out.
He's a community organizer (I say that because I've been a commmunity organizer for 25 years.)
He called people out for their shit
and for those of you that bothered to listen to the end of his speech, his core is alive and kicking.
The man's a liberal inside and a realist on the outside. that's why he gets things done.
There is real and profound change in this legislation, I'm sorry it's not everything everyone wants. But i think he did an amazing job of tackling several serious problems in the system without freaking out too many people. and he was strong on a public option. This public option could prevail if done properly. I think their projections are correct in that less than 5% would go with a public option if it were offered. I do believe that a lot of those bellyaching over it would not choose it.
