Where is Howard Dean tonight? Has anyone seen him or heard from him?

If he's satisfied with the speech and blueprint, maybe I'll stop fuming. Howard Dean has enough integrity not to sugarcoat retreat and surrender when he sees it. Which is maybe why he's in seclusion tonight?

He said he thought we would get some kind of public option. He didn't look like a happy camper. But, I took heart that he said that.
