One of the CNN panel after the speech said that congress all got a copy of the speech beforehand.

Joe Wilson knew the exact text of the speech before he sat down.

He knew exactly what the President was going to say, and when he was going to say it.

He wasn't "overcome with emotion" and reacting in real time.


It was planned.
