14. The head of United Health Care is supposed to get $100,000 an hour

according to Thom Hartmann, who is usually pretty factual with his stats. I say it's time to bring back the 90% income tax rate for billionaires. I'm sure he could scrape by on $10,000 an hour. That would pay for a lot of health care.
