Who has kidnapped Rick Sanchez and what do they want for him?
Edited on Thu Sep-10-09 02:30 PM by grantcart
Rick Sanchez on CNN eviscerates Rep. Joe Wilson.

He then took the remaining pieces and diced them up.

Then he put them into a grinder and blended it up into a puree.

It was delicious.

He found the ammendments that Wilson was talking about - they were defeated.

He found the section in HR 3200 which excludes illegal aliens.

He found the ambigous quote that Republicans take out of context in another place in the bill and then put it into context and proved them lying again.

He then showed the questioning period in the UK parliment and asked if Wilson's statement would have been accepted there.

He then proved that it would not that using the word "liar" against the PM means that you are immediately thrown out and shown when it had been done in the past.

So CNN if you can actually stand up for truth and news some of the time

. . . we just wonder why you don't do it all of the time.

on edit

He also showed the video of the shaky Wilson and reported on the highly successful money bomb for Miller.

on further edit

Sanchez has Senator Bernie on and notes how much money polticians are getting and asks Sanders

"Do you think that the politicians want something in return"?

Who the fuck kidnapped Rick Sanchez and what do they want to get him back -

They can keep him we will keep this one

Changing the title

further edit

Now he is reading the Senators by name and giving the amount that the health care has given

Grassley, McConnell and down the list

"What do you think about that Senator Sanders?" "Where did you get your money from?" He goes through the list

"You don't do as well as the others Bernie" "No I don't take any money from corporate interests".

WTF now Sancez is covering the Supreme Court case with Bernie Sanders.

"So if a corporation is owned by 95% by the People's Republic of China they would have the same rights as me".

4. Good for Sanchez.
I liked him yesterday afternoon, too, when he was able to offer fluent instant translation of Mexican news broadcasts on that hijacking story.

It's nice when a "newsman" actually gives us information.

8. I like Rick
I wish that he wasn't up against Schuster & Hall, although their show is 2 hours and Sanchez' is 1 hour. I find myself splitting it up. :)

10. He's done some pretty good work of late.
I've actually seen him tell the truth a few times.

(On reflection- after reading this it just occurred to me what I actually wrote. Wow, remember when the bar was that they tell us the truth all the time?)

12. He was great today. I would love for him to
discuss Corporate Personhood and Public Financing of Campaigns. I wonder if he would and if CNN would allow it.
