I've seen at least a dozen threads here on DU commenting on his apology.

A couple of them even commented on Obama's gracious reaction to the apology.

There were even a few that mentioned limbaugh condemning Wilson for apologizing.

And one praising McCain for condemnng Wilson.

Are you making some sub-tile point that's sailing over my head?

...and he needs to be formally reprimanded at a minimum.

...however I have written asking her to reconsider. At the very least he deserves a formal reprimand and a requirement to apologize on the floor of the House.

I'm just making sure my voice is heard. What they do is up to them. My preference is as stated.

6. Wilson apologized for his outburst, not for his being wrong

about Obama's contention that his health care reform would cover illegal immigrants. So as far as I'm concerned, he HASN'T apologized--and doing so on the House floor sounds pretty good to me.
