and that they wandered into "Minister's Question Time"..

perhaps they do watch BBC & PBS after all:rofl:

...much more like the Queen's Speech at the State Opening of Parliament (which speech is written by HMS Government, not the Queen, so it's not exactly non-partisan).

Notice that Biden, as per the Constitution, and not Reid, was in the Chair representing the Senate -- that's a state-occasion sign.

And that sort of behaviour, while acceptable during ordinary Parliamentary orders, or in the Committee of the Whole, would <u>not</u> be tolerated during the Queen's speech.
