Rob Miller-Blue Dog Democrat
Was googling for info on where Rob Miller stands on the issues but haven't found much specific. A few comments here and there about him being a social conservative. He does talk about his tours in Iraq and the lack of proper support for the troops but haven't seen anything where he opposes the war in Iraq and Afghanistan.

While many here, including me, are thrilled about the money Rob Miller is raising and of the chance that he may unseat Joe Wilson next year, we ought to also realize that Rob Miller is probably going to be one of those Democrats that are the subject of quite a few angry threads here blasting Dinos.

1. He's from South Carolina.
He'll still be an improvement. Plus, he's for fair trade, EFCA, and a few other progressive policies. He'll be fine.

2. I'd have no problem voting for him if he ran in my district
But I do think some here would not be too happy with him.

4. In that district, he gets a pass
I'll take a Blue Dog to a redneck, racist, Confederate loving, Christian fundamentalist wackjob any day.

5. That's to be expected.....

He is from South Carolina after all, trying to get a progressive democrat elected in the deep south seems unrealistic. As much as I dislike Dino's he will be a whole better than a hardline neo-con repub.

6. Blue Dogs are better than Republicans any day
In the South Carolina second congressional district, the best we can hope for is a blue dog.
