but if I was a member of Congress, in our nation's capitol, listening to President Bush tell his lies about yellowcake and Saddam and 9/11 to a joint session of congress... the most I would have done is NOT stand and NOT applaud. And that's it. I respect the office of the President and it's history and our country, if not the previous pResident of that office.

Joe Wilson was limited by Congressional rules which he as admitted to violating.

Nancy Pelosi should immediately move to sanction Joe Wilson. In fact, Joe Wilson should resign.

If nothing else, the voters of South Carolina should send him into retirement in 2010
