IN RE: ORLY TAITZ, STATE BAR NO. 223433: Petition to the California Bar to Disbar Orly Taitz
Just in case anyone has missed this info, there is currently a petition pending before the CalBar to disbar Orly Taitz.

Article and short version of Petition can be found here:

http://www.sodahead.com/united-states/disbarment-of-orly-taitz-sought-by-california-bar/blog-66817/

Link to actual CalBar Petition:

http://www.obamaconspiracy.org/2009/04/complaint-against-orly-taitz-filed-with-cal-bar/

To say the least, the charges are very, very serious and IMO this will lead at a minimum to a suspension if not an actual disbarment. If a suspension, it is my opinion that the citee does not have the desire and/or the ability to comply with any order of the State Bar Court and she will eventually be disbarred.

BTW: I am a retired Cal lawyer and at one time, I was a Probation Monitor for the CalBar.

I am absolutely disgusted that this woman is a member of the CalBar.

1. If she did not graduate an accredited school, how was she able to
take the Bar Exam?

The article - "a woman who was unable to gain entry to an Accredited Law School."

4. CA is one of the few states, if not the only, that allows anyone
to sit and take the bar.

7. Not true ~~
~~ one must be "certified" in some manner to take the bar and this is set forth on the application to take the same. One of the entities that can certify an applicant is a qualified law school ~~ not necessarily an accredited law school. There are also provisions for those who have apprenticed under a qualified Cal Atty.

But, no, no one can just walk in and take the CalBar.

6. It may be that her educational degrees did not qualify for admission...
...to this type of school. There are some schools which do allow for those who do not have undergraduate degrees. Other schools, allow for special admissions students depending on their LSAT scores. These students, however, must past the Baby Bar ~~ after the first year of law school ~~ in order to be allowed to continue. The subjects covered are torts, contracts and crim law ~~ which are the core first year courses.

8. Same here....
...I cringe everytime I see a Cal Bar No. after her name. The profession is bad enough without a total fuck up like her in it. Granted she is academically bright ~~ but she is one of the worst attys I have ever witnessed.

BTW: One of the all time worst attys I ever saw in all the years I practiced was an honors grad of Harvard Law. He was a total fuck up in a courtroom ~~ and I mean beyond belief. But this guy had graduated law school with honors. Academically gifted ~~ and a total fuck up otherwise.
