There was an article that made reference that this was like the 6th attempt at this... which is why I postulated that the "ACORNS" were really plants when the producers couldn't get real ones to fall for this bullshit.

I mean they are going to great lengths to smear this organization, so why not an extra step or two.

The immediate "apparent" mainstream response to the first video... Not a bad defence actually. Basically saying it's merely an anomaly and since they didn't present both sides adequately it's not legitimate(how often have you heard that from wingnuts about Olbermann?)
